type remove card in the chat at any time and follow the steps.
Q. what if the bot hallucinates?
ha! it is always possible that bots can hallucinate. just send a note to
help@getcharged.energy and we'll be in touch.

credit will automatically be sent to your energy bill once it reaches the threshold of £10 — nothing for you to do.
